The L6565D is a quasi-resonant controller designed for ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching) flyback converters, offering high efficiency and low power consumption. This current-mode primary controller features advanced functionalities like frequency foldback for optimal standby efficiency, ultra-low start-up current (<70uA), and a 400mA gate driver.
It provides reliable protection through on-chip filtering, precise voltage references, and internal UVLO for energy-efficient applications.
