The L6562D is a highly efficient current-mode Power Factor Correction (PFC) controller designed for AC-DC converters and adapters. It operates in Transition Mode (TM) with low startup current (<70µA), making it ideal for systems that require low power consumption.

With a totem-pole output stage capable of sourcing 600mA and sinking 800mA, this controller delivers superior performance and compliance with stringent energy-saving standards like Blue Angel and Energy Star.
