CD4093BE
The CD4093BE is a CMOS quad 2-input NAND Schmitt trigger designed for high-noise immunity and slow input transition applications. Each gate in the CD4093B features Schmitt-trigger action on both inputs, allowing it to switch at different points for positive-going and negative-going input signals, providing built-in hysteresis. This makes it ideal for use in waveform shaping, logic signal conditioning, and other noise-immune logic circuit designs.
This versatile device operates over a wide voltage range (3V to 15V) and has low power consumption, making it suitable for battery-operated systems. The CD4093BE is built with static-protection circuitry to guard against transient inputs. It finds applications in clock pulse shaping, monostable multivibrators, and other systems requiring stable logic signals in noisy environments.
