HEF4093BT
The HEF4093BT is a high-performance, quadruple 2-input NAND gate with Schmitt-trigger action on both inputs. Each gate switches at different voltage levels for positive and negative-going signals, providing hysteresis between the high and low input levels (Schmitt trigger). The device is ideal for use in signal conditioning applications where noise immunity and slow input transitions are essential. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 15V and is available in a small outline 14-pin package for surface-mount applications.
